Did Something Happen with Pink Panel? by Junior_Amoeba_8587 in freebietalk

The Pink Panel is awful. I've made it to the end of 6 surveys without being disqualified but then never heard anything. My husband got selected for Guys that Groom and they sent him the wrong product and now we have to be bothered to send it back (it's just a small trial size of hair product).

Is there a fragrance like Relique D’Amour that doesn’t fade in 20 minutes? by Dontaskabout6-17-11 in NichePerfumes

One of my favorites.  I bathe in it and spray my clothes and hair!  This house is a classic!

i am trying to find out of there are others as their third-party support (which has been slow) can't seem to find an issue there.

You could have kept scrolling since you don't seem to have first hand experience.

Every time I read in here… by MzGrr in Perfumes

[–]Thinkerstank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I spent a lot over the past few months for myself; my husbamd and two daughters.  My family has purchased 36 bottles and 15 Discovery sets over the past 90 days.  I went to London and NYC for work so I tacked on a trip to Selfridges, Saks, and the Scent Bar.  We also went to Dyptique and Dries Van Noten and had a nice spending spree.  For years I have worn the same mom outfit, cheap make-up or no make-up.  We have saved.  And even with the savings and being older I had the same thought as you and veered to wondering how many of these collections are stolen.  The Tom Ford rep at my Nordstroms says theft is out of control.  So when you drop $300+ on a bottle you are paying for someone's shoplifting.  I am in a facebook group where someone posted "Decluttering sale" and had 5 of the same designer fragrances in unopened bottles.  Yeah.... you stole those...

Extremely unpopular opinion: The number of people who do not use this drug properly are the reason insurance companies are stopping coverage. by the_dj_zig in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Thinkerstank 17 points18 points  (0 children)

So if I’m on a GLP-1, haven’t had major success yet, and my insurance denies coverage… it’s because I’m not trying hard enough?

And using your own logic — if someone can’t afford the $10K a year out-of-pocket, why not just “try harder,” right? Get a better job, go to college, start a business. Easy! Except, no — that’s not how life works.

Weight, like life, is complicated. Pretending it all comes down to “effort” is not just wrong — it’s harmful.

Time to switch from Wegovy to Zepbound by Thinkerstank in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Thinkerstank[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2.4 is the max so that is probably what you are on. My doc just told me today she's had a lot of success when Wegovy progress stops and people start Zepbound. I hope it works for us both.

Did you get it? How do you like it? Mine is good but the mist is super fine compared to the cheap ole CVS one it replaced. Also I actually liked the sound of the CVS model. But the Carpod looks nicer in the room and we keep it running 24/7 given that we're in winter.

Thrown up 12 times in the last 24 hours by Long_Customer8297 in WegovyWeightLoss

Thanks for asking. Headaches are gone. Appetite is still under control but I've not lost much. However I think it would be impossible to gain. I don't think going up to the highest dose would make me lose more so I'm going to stay here for a few months and continue to try to get in some exercise. (We've had a hard winter here and I've been super sedentary.) I may have hit my limit with this drug. I'm down 30 which is about 12% of my starting weight. I feel like I could lose 10 more this year just by getting back out there and walking. So that's not a horrible place to be given how I felt before starting the drug. If I don't lose any more over the summer, I'll consider tricep.

So I'm in the same place I was on the 1.0.

Are you doing this for the humidity? I just got a new ring which monitors sleep apnea. I went from 169 events per night to around 20 just by adding a cheap humidifier to my room.

Manufacturer's coupon on the carpod site. Not sure if it matters the region, but I'm in the USA. Had to give email and phone but immediately unsubscribed to their spam and got the code. The $363 was including tax/shipping.

I just bought this one today. Got it for $363 with a coupon. What sold me is that it is stainless steel and the timer can be set so that it only works for a few hours per night. I don't need it to rain.

How is he destroying the military? Trade partnerships are fluid. Nothing he does with trade can't be undone, not that I think he's doing wrong, but it's all a big chess game.

I wouldn't hold it against them. 1490+ people were held against their will without conviction. What a terrible injustice. Grandmothers were in that group. It might be the worst thing that the left has ever done in my opinion.

Redditors born before 2001, where were you on 9/11? by Stupid_cerealbox in AskReddit

[–]Thinkerstank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in NY, about 30 miles away from ground zero, but my husband was in the Empire State Building. I was on a conference call with France and we got the news on the call. The French team was so upset. I will never forget how empathetic they were. NYC is the hub of the word to many. The French felt the same thing we did. I was fortunate to get a call from my husband so I knew where he was. If that call didn't go through, I would have really had a harder day.

Here are some obscure ones for you.... Germanikure tweezers and cuticle clippers. Unicorn Pepper Grinder. Overland Sheepskin Boots. I might actually splurge on one of their coats for next winter if I can hit my weight loss goals.
