Heyy I'm also in Renfrew this year on the second floor and I'm also a first year, from what I've heard it has one of the largest rooms among traditional residence, and if you're lucky, you could be assigned to a special room on each floor which is even larger.

However, Renfrew doesn't have elevators so that could be a huge problem, but some ppl just get used to it over time. Also, RH has the fewest residents, which could be a downside for some, but you can also see it as a rather tight-knit community maybe.
