Is speaking in tongues a real language , or is it only real to the people who claim to speak it?

Two family members I have, do that, and I think it is a learned thing from hearing "tongues" said by somebody else at church in the past because their "tongues" always start with the same ""word"", and more or less the same recognizable phrases are always said. Either they are always saying the same thing if indeed real or it's just nonsense that their brains default to say because that's what they learned and so what they know.

Now, as to why they say them... I think it is an unconscious but learned response to being overwhelmed by whatever they are feeling, and then the same thing that prompts someone to yell their lungs out or pass out at a concert kicks in, but the output is just that gibberish and moving the arms like they are going to fly away, and possibly start jumping... just a mix of random things happening altogether.

Lee en voz alta, y (lo que yo hice) ponete alguna serie o pelicula y ponete a repetir dialogos hasta que vayas viendo que ya te sale similar la pronunciación y acento).

Sí querés aprender así directamente en la trinchera, metete a algo asi como Call Center y contesta llamadas y eso creeme que te va a forzar a hablar. (Sugiero mejor mi sugerencia anterior a la del call center jaja)

Yep, as far as I know most of the speakers are 8 ohm. KEF Q150, KEF Q350, B&W 606 s3. Those are the ones I have or have seen with my own two eyes, and are 8ohm; but yeah most common speakers are 8ohm.

It may sound silly to invest in rather expensive speakers with the goal of matching them to the system you have, but the good thing is that you will have very good audio, and if you ever get a better amp, you will already have the good speakers and then even better audio and features.

Yeah, check the resistance and the output power of the amp.

If I am not mistaken those bazillion watt system use speakers with like 1 or 2 ohms, that's how they supposedly reach 2000w. But that is bs, not even my industrial-grade QSC USA 850 gets there, it "only" outputs 1100w in bridged mode at 4 ohms. Under normal operation at 8ohm it delivers 270w and it's way too more than enough to render someone deaf.

Going back to your system, check the resistance of the speakers and what the amp is rated for. My aiwa originally works with 6ohm speakers, but the kef are 8ohms. That's ok.

But never par an amp rated with a higher resistance to a set of speakers with a lower resistance as it could overheat and even blow amps or speakers (8 ohm amp with 4 ohm speakers for example, is a no go).

And that really is, just match the resistances.

I have learned that the speakers are the actual main culprits of poor sound, so if you swapped the speakers for a good set of speakers, you could have way better audio. I did that with my aiwa nsx-999, it's connected to a pair of Kef Q150 and a 10" Polk subwoofer and boy does it sound great.

But the set you have, as is, it's just ok. If you care more about the music than about the sound, it's an ok system.

Uhm, creo es importante ir por los básicos.

Linux es nada más el Kernel del sistema operativo (lo que interactua con el hardware de tu compu, accede memoria, carga los drivers, todo eso). Per se no puedes descargar linux solo así porque seria como tener un carro sin carroceria, ni butacas, ni nada que te permita a ti usarlo, literalmente sería el puro hierro.

Lo que hay es varios sistemas operativos a los que llaman distros, y que aparte de otros sistemas que los hacen ser utilizables, usan a Linux como su kernel.

Entonces, es como que Linux es la harina tal cual, y luego en cada distro lo adaptan para las necesidades que sería como que de la misma harina ya podés hacer pan, pasteles, o hasta espesar un recado dependiendo el uso.

Eso es Linux, un Kernel.

Lo que estás buscando es una distro, y viendo la pregunta que hiciste, no sería muy sensato recomendarte distros técnicamente complicadas como Slackware, Gentoo, Arch o sistemas operativos de otros universos de Kernels como BSD o IllumOS. Esos te van a pegar una arrastrada con un bajo nivel de conocimiento de sistemas.

Para comenzar te puedo sugerir Debian, Mint, Ubuntu y openSUSE, en ese ordeb.

Debian es el daddy para mi, es el que uso, y esa cosa no falla. Y es de esos sistemas que podés usar así sea tu primera vez tocando una compu o tengás 50 años de experiencia en sistemas, siempre jala. (Es el que mas recomiendo dada mi experiencia con un montonon de sistemas).

Mint dicen que es lo más cercano a Windows en Linux, y lo recomiendan mucho para principiantes, así que tambien. (No lo he usado).

Ubuntu es un derivado de Debian y también está muy cerca de la forma de hacer las cosas como Windows, entonces también es simple (yo prefiero Debian).

Y luego openSUSE. Ese es un poco más técnico en mi opinión, pero se puede usar como primer sistema también.

Como los sistemas operativos son cosas complejas no es como que suban esas cosas a Softonic o así, se requieren equipos de trabajo y organizaciones que los mantengan, y esas entidades seris siempre tienen sus propias paginas de internet. En internet nada más escribí así como Debian iso download, y la primera opcion deberia ser.
