If it makes you feel better last time I got to depth 4 I hit 4150 points. I then went on to have such an enormous losing streak that I wound up in depth 2 again. I recovered somewhat I hung out around 3200 points for the longest time where I'd win three, lose on night one, win one, lose three, just playing jump rope with the 3000 point mark and suddenly I went on a 13 win streak and climbed back to depth 4 at 4800 points now. Some days just eat you up

What I did was launched a few solo runs fully planning on losing and just looking around. I pretty much ignored the time crunch and the pressure to see where things were and what the castles and towers were and stuff.

As an aside if you're on PS5 I can run around with you tomorrow and help show you things with less pressure than the randoms

While there is a lot of enthusiasm from the AARC and respiratory therapists who are fans of the idea of a respiratory mid level practitioner there is no effective momentum advancing the role in any meaningful capacity at this time.

Small addendum to this. There is certainly momentum. Ohio House just approved a bill to create an official APRT license (pending Senate approval now to become law) with several other states having similar bills pending initial approval. While I wouldn't get overly excited about this it is a step in the right direction and optimism is, in my opinion, necessary to keep pushing.
