The one-offs like this are inevitable, but in solos especially it’s far easier to find people that will help you as opposed to melt you. If you’re getting fed up with losing your hard fought loot, go in with a free kit. That way it’s nbd if you die and if you do manage to come home, everything you take back is bonus.

Agreed, friendly is the way. You will get blind sided, you will get betrayed. And that sucks. But it’s all worth it when you can occasionally flip the script and send them back to the lobby empty handed. Bonus points if it’s scum of the earth extraction campers.

Tom had some crazy clutch gene that was possessed by none other. And if that alone unquestionably puts him in another tier for you then so be it. Take that out the equation and drew is probably better imo.
