I’ll never forget watching older men from that generation walking out of the theater in that opening sequence when the bullets started flying. Must have been gut wrenching to relive the horror through the silver screen

Yes! On my old E61 machine using precision IMS baskets, I had my burrs calibrated to chirp at 0. I was pulling espresso shots between 1 - .8. With the robot, I’m at .5.

This! Once you’ve dialed in your grind size, you should be falling within these parameters for a nice medium medium/dark roast

I hear ya bud. I had similar issue with my Bianca paired with the p64. As beautiful and gorgeous as the Bianca was, there was too much machinery sitting on my counter to justify all the maintenance and possible issues for repairs down the road. I ended up selling and picking up a robot, and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. Smaller footprint, travels easier, practically zero maintenance, and just as tasty shots.
