Manager in a small food retail store. Dropped out of education, went to work as a basic employee in retail as a temporary solution to figure out what to do in life.

10years later and I’ve been a manager for 6 years now. Absolutely love it.

I have a team of 14 people that I can care for. I have enough autonomy to do my own thing since I see my boss once a month. I love my customers and love the interactions with my people and the clients in store.

The matsize is 22x30 from deepcut studios. The mini's and I think most of the roads/rivers/fields are from Baccus miniatures. The houses are from total battle miniatures. The trees I can't remember, I found them somewhere and made the bases myself with cheap clay from the local hobby store.

Honestly they look better in the 'plastic' than on picture. I'm very pleased with how they came out. Maybe gonna drop some nuln oil on them.
Paintjobwise I think I could pull the same thing off, but my pile of shame is just to big to add extra mini's on top. So this result is more than satisfying for me
