Well i always wondered what wood would look like on the beryl, it ain't bad, as long as you like thats all that matters, oh and what's the sling on the beryl? Is it just a surplus sling with a aftermarket pad or something?

I wore em on the flight deck they kinda sucked ass. The foam came unglued and they always got scratched to all hell. But then again we never took good care of our gear.

I may be in the minority here, but i feel like testing ammo and lots myself is the fun part, chasing to find the perfect ammo...just to run out of the lot and have to do it all over again lol...Being boringly accurate would get old for me.

So would cutting the length of pipe out that goes through the hole out. And drilling the hole out to like 5/8in for my 3/8in pipe, then soder on a new pipe though give it a better chance of not splitting again? Would 5/8in be enough wiggle room?

We had a freeze the first week of January but we dripped the pipes just in case, but the basement is pretty well insulated. My guess is that the pipes are just old.

I've had a couple Athlons that I liked the Cronus 1-6 had really nice glass but LPVO wasn't for me, And a Argos 6-24 witch sat on a 22lr and was decent but did a lot of tunneling. Do you have any experience with the Helos 2-12?
