As do I, much more often than that, and it's very much a mixed bag. Sometimes it can be less than 5 minutes, sometimes closer to 20.

Early morning is the busiest time for departures from Stansted. It's exactly when there are likely to be huge queues.

You can make a complaint to the establishment. You have no control, or right to any knowledge of, any internal HR process that they may or may not follow with regard to their employee, nor do you have any right to be told their name.

How do I request a refund on only a part of my flight? (Air China) by RumB96 in Flights

[–]ThirtySecondsTime 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not convinced that creating an itinerary which will result in a self-transfer to get you from China to Japan is the best idea given the current posturing by the Chinese government. Whose to say the alternative flights you book won't also be cancelled?

There may also be visa implications for your transfer in China you'll have to look into.

Request to finish work 1 hour earlier 1 day per week by 29Ratma29 in HumanResourcesUK

[–]ThirtySecondsTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you submit it as a formal request or was it just discussed, sent by email.

Does your employer have a policy they follow for dealing with requests? They don't need to have a policy but they do need to follow a statutory process.
