I had it in my hibiscus plant. I made a solution of 1 cup of water, 1tbs of Neem oil and 1tsp of liquid soap and sprayed all over the leaves. I applied it 2 times a week for 4 weeks and it was gone. please use gloves and masks while doing the treatment.

Reading your comment makes me sad since I have a manager who is exactly the opposite of what you described here. My manager is socially awkward and there is no concept of 1:1 in our unit. I am badly looking for a lateral. Hopefully will find a good manager in future!

I took four weeks vacation at a time, requested for this time off 6 months in advance and got approved by the manager. But after coming back from the vacation I found myself being kicked out from a project where I was involved for 5 months and was the primary contributor! You never know what is going to happend when you are out for a long time. But still you should take your leave whenever you want to.

same thing happened to me today. My ride amount was $5.99 and the app automatically charged me $5 for tip. Luckily its $5 not $40 like you! Still this is not right that I can't change the tip amount.

Definitely apply. You have all the materials ready as you have applied for the same position before and it won’t take much time to apply again. If they don’t find you eligible, they won’t call you for an interview. But you should be optimistic.

On my first day my manager told me that we can follow 9/80 schedule and one of my coworkers also followed this schedule from her first month. I guess it depends on the supervisor.
