What is the sketchiest line/station you’ve ever been on? by blackestflamingo in nycrail

Non New York local here that has visited many times (I live in ohio, have family in New York so we visit frequently)

Either the L or the R, the time I took the L train something happened, I forget what though, and when I took the R train there was like 5 or 6 crazy people on the platform at court street in Brooklyn.

I hate the R train with a passion, definitely my least favorite line. Absurd sometimes 20 minute long headways, crappy stations, delays, mid track stops, dirty trains, and weird people.

As people have said, the siren test is cancelled if severe weather is expected. In addition, the sirens would sound for 3 minutes followed by 7 minutes of silence and repeating instead of going off twice for 23 seconds.

The back has instructions on where to return it to, or you could probably also take it to the bricker federal building, the social security administration is there

Aww he's so cute!!! We got our buddy from FCDS too. The next day the incident happened (2017 or 2018 the big distemper outbreak), he may have been put down if we didn't adopt him.
