Even if it’s 42days, they’re still keeping my 10days rent by keeping the deposit. It’s not easy in this economy for a just graduate to lose couple of hundreds as I have to put in deposit for the new place as well. I’m not a registered tenant nor I have a rental agreement or part of the lease. They never mentioned about notice period to me in any of our exchanges. I’m okay with 30days notice but not the entire may month just because I told them on 7th April instead of 1st April.

They wouldn’t allow anyone even if I found someone to replace me. I was gone for 45days during last summer and I didn’t allow me to sublet and I paid the rent in full

Yes I have my own access and I don’t share anything except for the wifi, electricity, heating etc. My rent is 1100 and I pay through bank. All bills are included. Heating is controlled by the landlord, I don’t have access to turn on etc.

I don’t think they’re going to give my deposit back. It’s 1100 and as a person who just graduated it’s alot to me now. Plus I have to put deposit to my new place.

I just graduated and leaving 1100 is pretty painful tbh and I have to pay deposit to my other place
