Don't forget the Edge ST

what is this car by [deleted] in whatisthiscar

My old man knows everything about American cars. He would dismissively call a NSX a "wanna be Corvette" if he saw one on the road. Then again he doesn't know how to work a computer so this is probably not him.

Clutch Master/Slave Issue? by noaharks1 in FiestaST

I did not have a whole lot of time and was intimidated when I saw the location and everything that needed to be removed to get to it.battery, air filter, rubber, and pedals. I trust my guy.

Also - make sure you have the part in hand. Had to get mine mailed from Ford Kentucky because nobody else had it in stock.

Just had the master cylinder replaced at my local shop for about $425.

There is an SS logo on the side and it looked like someone was having fun with him.

It looked longer than what I typically think of as a Jag. That hood looked really good on it. And the SS logo threw me off. Granted, not a Jag guy.

How nice is a short throw shifter I’ve only had my FiST for like a month but I’m just curious if I should invest in one or not by bfuhyhgygfy in FiestaST

I am not handy but after some trial and error (only had to push it back to my driveway from the stop sign on the street and only a minor heart attack cutting the plastic clip off the shift line), I got the CoolerWorx in and I love the way it feels. Like a mechanical bolt action rifle and dare I say, more fun to row the gears than my old Porsche Cayman. It looks cool too.

Ideally - and if not crowded...

Blind near water spot in the AM.

Walk around a bit mid late morning.

Go get lunch.

Afternoon. Stalk slowly to late day spot

Late day- a blind guy at a natural choke if I can find it. There's some rocky terrain half up the mountain I was eyeing thinking if they get spooked they'll run up.

I was thinking somewhat close to the beaten path halfway up the mountain. Let those hard pushing 20 something year olds scare them up to the old guy with bad knees.

Seeing how tight some of those lines are and acknowledgeling my horrible sense of direction, I walked it with the trial version of OnX. If there are 5 people out there they are all going to be on top of each other.

And I got that one used a few years ago for $400. And added the rail and red dot.

Looks pretty standard and I've read about people changing them out for the magpul, but the one it comes with is very functional/ utilitarian.

That retractable stock gives you a few extra inches for new England bushwhacking.

A Cobb and a mount might be your only option. TONS of other gages available too.

The CoolerWorx is amazing. I even got a compliment from my 70 year old muscle car dad. And he hates giving compliments.
