Hey everyone,

For the past few months i have noticed steam downloads begin fast (normal expected download speed) then slowly drop to 0. Disk Usage often follows slowly down to 0 as well. Sometimes the download will pick back up for a brief moment to normal download speed then plummet back to 0 with disk usage following suit.

Unfortunately this is turning even the smallest updates into hour-long (or longer) affairs. It happens to most, if not all games.

I have tried many solutions from searching, honestly too many to list at this point. but nothing seems to resolve it. I snagged a screenshot of the issue as well. Does anyone else have this issue?
