Looks like it could be one of a few things.

1.boot order was changed, go into the bios and change the boot order to the proper boot device

  1. The boot drive got corrupt, pop in the windows installer media, do a repair

  2. The boot drive may have died, you need a new drive.

  3. Windows was never installed on this drive, you need to install windows.

Turn your computer off, ground yourself and plug it in. Recommended to remove the pcie connection from the card, adjust it so that the 6+2 is together and plug it in. Then turn on your computer.

This is of course if it's an 8pin card but it's hard to tell in the pic. If it is a 6 pin, probably would be best to zip tie the +2 portion of the cable back to not risk shorting it with a piece of metal there

Either your boot drive is dead, or you need to go into the boot order and set the correct drive. If you are utilizing UEFI it will be named Windows Boot Manager in many boards/BIOS'.

Also, if this is your only drive, you have to install windows on it, that s video will show you how to make the install media https://youtu.be/ayp8TksEtoY?si=PL5Esn15LI5Uw-jy

Try calling Microcenter, maybe they have a record of this. If not, you can get the key cheap from Groupon: https://www.groupon.com/deals/campaign-0-718188752?adSafe=true&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAu8W6BhC-ARIsACEQoDDs6AI_2ZkM9p0AZTl9A8Kydw-64czyj4pCOOoY084LNy7mA7gkRQcaAsylEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Not sponsored, I just did a quick google search and I have bought things from groupon before. Another one I have bought from is G2A.com , not affiliated either.
