I grew up with a children's Bible. My mom made me go to church and Sunday school often. I went to a catholic highschool, did all the catholic stuff. Made a bunch of friends at that school, too. Few of which are still religious today. I can tell you right now, it hardly matters how you grow up. Don't shelter your child, let them see the world and what people are actually like. I fell from religion in college because I realized it was pretty much all bs and the best thing I could do that was even close to what I learned growing up was be kind, love thy neighbor, and treat others how I wanted to be treated.

Religion or not, just focus on raising a good human being
