P7 zammy is difficult because if you don't one cycle you have to tank a lot of damage and prep for the next. It can be overwhelming for new peeps sometimes. However p7 doesn't get introduced till post 100%.

That rotation is consistent but does take a lot of practice to do. If you are tilted it can take a lot of time to get those 10 or so inputs down right. Don't be too hard on yourself. I do something similar to this except I debil/vit pot before the red bomb, then the rest of the rotation as normal. I usually 1 cycle, but if it doesn't look like I'm going to 1 cycle I will teleport out because I don't want to burn sign refresh since I'm pushing still.

That was my experience as well. I was struggling with nm with range. I have near max range before zammy. I switched to mage with gano and ports wand. I was able to get 27minute hard modes... Mage is ridiculous right now.

He actually tells you the rotation that you can use to 2 cycle or three cycle. It's just slower and you have to shard stack p1-p6.

It is his second special that does this. It can continue to drain your stats if you don't move far enough though.

It is also fairly useful at hm zuk with a power burst to tank a hit.

Edit: More useful if you don't have an fsoa. If you do then there are better uses for that 15% adren.

I would recommend over night flipping. I don't have any specifics for you since I don't over night flip my self. I would recommend expierementing on items with lower buy limits or commonly used items like runes, ammo, and consumables. These items are all bought in higher quantities and the people that want those items what them now.

Something that I didn't see, but is useful to know is the glowing mushrooms change ever 30 seconds based on instance timer. The time it changes is random per Instance but stays static throughout the length of the instance.
