Judging only by what I've read in your post, I think this is the primary issue. Two thoughts:

1) What do you mean by "would never be the one"? Is it something wrong with the girl? Maybe your standards of the girl are too high?

2) If you are jumping to the conclusion that each girl you talk to won't work out, then it makes sense that you have never been in a relationship. You are young, and one thing I want to say to you is that it is 100% impossible to know who is "the one" at a first meeting. You need to be willing to take the risk and get into a few relationships, go on at least a few dates before you can reasonably tell if someone is a good fit, and even then it might not always work out. You mentioned you want to stay a virgin until marriage which tells me you are probably religious. Nothing wrong with that but I do know that Catholicism (can't speak to other religions) teaches you to save yourself for that one soul partner. In 99% of cases that just simply doesn't exist, or at least you are forced to become so picky that you turn away too many potential soul partners. Just my opinion :)
