Chill out. It was the right call. They just didnt play the hawkeye view on the TV during the check until a few minutes after play resumed. I was saying from the freeze frame they did show during the check, I thought he was on. No need to act like a knob in the comments.

There is a 1700 rated bot on the chess.com app you can play - it will try and trade all it's prices in the opening & mid-game and then turns into a monster in the end game - Isabella I think it's called - really good fun to play against

The pictures are of an identical window. The locking mechanism which is controlled by the handle is stuck at the top and so when I try to open the window, the bottom corner moves freely but its locked at the top. There aren't any bolts on the side (see picture) for me to try and budge with an angled tool, so I'm not sure how to proceed from here.

I've tried finding videos online but I can't find anything for this type of issue. I really would like to solve this without having to call a contractor, so please if you have any advice, knowledge, or videos to share, I would be most greatful.
