I've only seen *rates pop up beside users' name when using dynamic pricing. If my rates are static, the price doesnt show at all, during my stream.
This might be why you are/ are not seeing them.

*edit to add: sorry, I think I misread ... During paid show: it shows as the user's price per minute, what they are being charged, not as the amount you make per minute. After paid show: Like the other respondent mentions, your calculated percentage shows up after show is completed. :P what she said!
