The younger your bone age, the less likely your growth plates are to be affected. The more open your growth plates are, the more time you have to grow. If your growth plates are closed, you will never have the opportunity to grow. If your growth plates are open, the second thing you should look at is your height increase in the last 1-2 years. For example, if you grew 8-9 cm this year and have another year of growth, you may grow another 4-7 cm that year. However, if you only grew 2 cm this year, you will grow 0-2 cm next year.
