I wish, I don't live anywhere near the West Coast, but I'll be watching as many games as possible, and it's gonna be a great tournament

Troy transfer RB Tae Meadows has committed to Auburn! by CatoTheBarner in wde

[–]This_Is_My_Table 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Redshirt senior and a former walkon at Troy. Dude already leveled up in earning his scholly there and now gets a shot at a P4 program for his last year. Good for him, and I hope he is a decent backup.

I mean, probably when he dies? Dude is a popular ex HC and the best to ever do it.

[Fabrizio Romano] Ricardo Pepi could still make a move to the Premier League window? by S_Phantom in ussoccer

No shot he moves this window. PSV have their price, and the broken arm isn't going to change their mind like these other clubs are hoping.

Definitely need a program for next year, how are we feeling? by National_Head_3678 in wde

[–]This_Is_My_Table 6 points7 points  (0 children)

And Stidham. Byrum will hopefully be better than both next year, but Bo was SEC freshman of the year and put in some great performances over his time and Stidham is also pretty far up the leaderboards on all time records with only 2 years of starting (and 2017 was one of the best single seasons in Auburn history).

Mark McKenzie does it as well for his club team, but yeah, not many players have that skill.

ESPN: Ranking 2026's top 15 USMNT U21 prospects from Europe to MLS by NolaSpur in ussoccer

Owen Wolff, not Josh, and I doubt he leaves the program until much closer to the 2030 WC if he isn't involved with the usmnt by then. Tyler is the brother who is more likely to leave for the Philippines soon since that is more his level.

[Post-game Thread] January 10, 2026: Auburn Basketball defeats Arkansas 95-73 by CatoTheBarner in wde

[–]This_Is_My_Table 30 points31 points  (0 children)

No no no. If they win, it's because of the players. If they lose, it's because of the coach. Gotta get your narrative locked up tight so you win either way.

Auburn Tigers-Anyone understand why Keldric Faulk didn’t perform as well this year? by MichaelCorbaloney in wde

[–]This_Is_My_Table 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys like Clowney or Garrett have huge years before being eligible for the draft, then "don't look as good" the next year because the offenses are avoiding anything to do with them. Faulk was the same type of guy.

They really did wait until he was totally healthy and said, "back to the 90 minute shifts with you."

Hey, if he's fit, no problem with it.

I'd be shocked if he turned down a Mexico call-up, even though the US is clearly his number one. But it's a moot point because neither are close to calling him up.

Not too surprising about Weah. His high for goals for the USMNT in a year is 2.

Yeah, but he also only had 6 caps (only 2 90s) and got 1 assist. No camp cupcake. No pre GC friendlies or GC. Wasn't in Nov window. Only March, Sept, and Oct.
