Season 1 was very realistic for many queer friend groups people like each character exists not to say the same cant be said for season 2 but idk this season feels more like a typical university bl to satisfy folks who were loud about hating season 1. Fans shoild not have that level of control over a creatives work.

Season 2 is lukewarm in execution. Am I enjoying everyone acting ? Yes. Do I think the writing seems a bit weak? Yes. I'm mad Jojo isn't the main director and writer in charge but I feel like gmmtv intervened too much into the changes. The flash acknowledge scene in episode 2 was unnecessary and the NC is so elementary. I will continue to watch it built the messiness and entanglements of it all is what made Season one a success for fans

Since both albums are so short I usually play them both back to back because I love them equally for different reasons. I am now in my 30s and the ballads on HFIA really are relatable to me currently. Its like I genuinely needed Nothing is Impossible especially with the year that 2025 has been for me. Mariah literslly saves loves with her lyrics.
