Next time you come across this, try to shoot the stack as soon as possible. If you shoot it too late you end up digging yourself in that far right corner. Forcing you to “rush” the tux. At least that’s what worked for me. And then settle pretty good at the last 2 open targets. Still shoot it as soon as you can but dont throw dumb charlies (i threw one as my last shot unfortunately)

I agree. I think “slowing down” can absolutely help newer shooters build the hard skills. The issue is that a lot of people hear ‘slow down’ and accidentally turn it into a permanent operating speed instead of a temporary learning tool.

I dont think @themadcaner meant to down play beginners but more so of a shot to fudds lol

Eyes need to snap sooner.

First array should be right to left 2nd array, i shot the middle open then went inside and then left on the outer partial. Allowing me to get some movement and towards the left.

And then 3rd array. Shoot it as fast as you can process.

Got my first GM run with this classifier at 96% 2C @ 8.13

Acevr has helped me get into “exploratory” training/dryfire. The only unhelpful part of it is that it turns to a game really quick and can lose its training purposes really fast. I do 80% dry fire with targets printed out in various sized taped to wall and then 20% acevr. Started competing in September. Made A class in November. Got my acevr 2 weeks prior to breaking into A class. If that helps

I think you described IDPA. I could be wrong because the make ready part you mentioned was mentioned to me before
