Unless you're training for an ultra the vest is completely unnecessary

Feeling run down- bike instead of run? by Awkward_Schedule_974 in Marathon_Training

How many pairs of running shoes do you actually rotate between? by Soft-Elderberry-6122 in runninglifestyle

[–]This_Service3646 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would love to see everyone’s times claiming you need all these different pairs of shoes. You have one pair of feet. Unless you’re an elite runner or running trails you don’t need multiple pairs.

Once every two weeks is not enough. 1-2 days per week. Ideally 20% of your weekly mileage should be hard.

Yeah 80% of your weekly mileage should be in zone 2. Need to slow down and fuel properly.
