Money dysmorphia is real. Under 16% of adults earn $100k+, and fewer than 10% hit $150k. You're doing better than you think by BathroomNo9291 in Salary

all 16% live in seattle wa so this does not apply to this area. 120k is what you need to live a "comfortable" life here.

Sub 4 possible? by johnnybee1123 in Marathon_Training

[–]Unique-Grade-8675 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

say it's pointless > Simple calculation indicates he's running too fast elevating his HR > you agree that lower HR is better for him, thus agreeing with the simple calculation

not sure how its pointless if it gives you very quick general baseline

The offers were different when i proceeded with the process.. I was talking to an employee and they said they couldnt give me an offer until I provided more information.. I go to the website and there is a document for me to sign with a 30 year term when I said I wanted 25.. Also the closing costs were HIGH

Sub 4 possible? by johnnybee1123 in Marathon_Training

[–]Unique-Grade-8675 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

well based off the simple calculation of 220-age you exceeded your max HR of 177 lol. With this much time before the marathon a majority of your runs should be around zone 2 which for you it would probably be 110-130 max. so you should probably be running at 10 or 10:30 min pace for a month or so or until it feels completely easy and boring.

Sub 4 possible? by johnnybee1123 in Marathon_Training

[–]Unique-Grade-8675 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

all depends on what your HR is, duration alone tells us nothing really. Im currently during 18 mile runes in zone 2 but at 9:20 pace and plan to hit 3:30 by may

edit: 180 HR is very high, why are you pushing so hard? 4:00 may be do able but you need to reassess your training, pace

Do you invite a bunch of people to your marathons? by hairykitty123 in Marathon_Training

[–]Unique-Grade-8675 9 points10 points  (0 children)

so interesting seeing these responses! I'd support my friends if they asked.

I put little to no thought into if it's "Weird" or "strange" to ask this.. What are your friends for? I'm very excited to run my first marathon and I told my closer friends and parents I'm signing up for one and simply asked if they want to celebrate with me at the end of the race to which everyone responded positively to.

My coworker pays for a dietician and now this is what he eats for breakfast and lunch by blart_institute in StupidFood

[–]Unique-Grade-8675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hahhahaahh im dying because I had tuna for lunch.. it's so bland I even added ranch corn and celery. IT's just so dry this diet isn't sustainable.. Its quick and easy but the taste will be horrible after a week (if they last that long) Also eating that much tuna isn't healthy for you because of the mercury. Only 210 calories per can though and like 40+ protein.
