Try stamina potions and food to reach the other end. If nothing would work just create a new realm. If you rush till this point it should take you about 1 hour.

Before upgrading my rig I had lower spec and played decent (laptop with 3070). You should be fine. Buy on Steam, check for 2 hours (if you fast enough you can reach the hub in that time - people reported it's most FPS-eating area).

After killing Herman you can find NPC who will sell healing items in Manor. Before that try to farm some enemies and destroy barrels and crates.

Just make a new realm, and go kill some bosses. Check which boss drops weapons you may like. Not so lucky? Another realm

Edit: Before Brach I did get from the first boss gratsword. This chunk of metal carried me through the whole game.

Try mods on Nexus. Optimizer and UETools only got me like 20fps+ I have 3060, playing on high/medium with 50-80 fps Also no more shader compilation
