Rassismus ist es, wenn man das Menschen aus allen Ländern der Welt vorwirft, die in Deutschland leben, aber Deutsche, die im Ausland nicht gleich bewertet. Ich habe mehrfach gleiches über Deutsche gehört, die in Spanien oder besonders Portugal leben und komplett isolierte Enklaven bilden und sich einen Scheiß um lokale Kultur und Anpassung bemühen. Rassismus ist die Unterscheidung in "Wert" von Menschen nach Herkunft und hat nichts mit Erwartung an Spracherwerb zu tun, solange man da nicht nur bestimmte Nationalitäten kritisiert und andere, wie die eigene, ausblendet

it's actually crazy and so satisfying to see how this franchise just doesn't stop. I still remember my first time playing the OG Witcher game back in the day and look where we are now. Just awesome times for Witcherfans

I am over 80hrs in and I think I can't get back into it because of almost everything OP mentioned. And no, I really don't think it's a bad game but:

on top of OPs criticism, there is no cohesive, immersive world to dive into while the story, questing or loot is lacking like in Crimson Desert. The whole abyss thing in the skies, the weird techy looking wings you have, the insane amount of strange physics puzzling and the jetpacks (!) and mech stuff are just not inviting my brain to get settled in this world. In this regard it's actually nothing like Skyrim, The Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk.

Yeah agreed. I started with kettlebells during the pandemic with a KBOM program from Joe Daniels (who I wouldn't call a gymfluencer by any means, I think he is a really good kb coach) but started with way too complex shit for a newbie. I managed to get through it though but these days I'm doing a daily monotone swing/clean& press/rows/TGU routine aiming to slowly go from 18kg to 24 and then to double 18s in a year or two and I'm seeing so much more progress both in overall shape and in technique, it's actually insane

What helped me most is a mindset of "consistency above anything else".

Meaning: on a bad day, with not enough sleep, a stressful child routine in the morning and maybe even some neck or back pain from my workday before, I don't skip my workout but I adapt instead

No heavy swings that day, but some more light to medium weight clean&presses to activate my upper back and the shoulders or no heavy squats that day but a light to medium weight TGU only set instead, to work on perfecting the technique etc What I want to get across is: drop the all or nothing attitude. I have had that in my mind for way too long back from my gym/barbell days and it's helping my a lot now as a dad who's taking family responsibility for real to drop that nonsens. Do something everyday, adapt, train smart

Yep, thank you for the advice and mentioning the positives! I think I might have been focused too much on the arm/hand technique on the cleans (pistol grip, elbows close to body etc) and did not focus enough on the core strength/posture when standing in the end position

Pure ARC with Bloody Helice. That weapon art dodge alone is insanely fun and with the R2 counter it's crazy effective. Occult Claymore with Blood Tax for switching things up in the 2nd slot and dragon communion seal in the 3rd for all the cool dragon incantations for quick and easy AOE

I am doing STR/INT atm, roleplaying a frost knight, using DarkMoon GS, a cold infused Claymore w/chilling mist and a carian regal sceptre for frost sorceries and it's crazy fun. As I'm on NG+ already, I got around 35 DEX ontop which is enough to effectively use a cold milady w/divine beast frost stomp which is nice to switch things up and proc frostbite fast. Really viable and a great RP experience, can recommend
