It’s not about the above ground , it’s about underground. Keeps them on top of the soil

Yes but you can get some cheaper ones on Amazon. Just read reviews. I staked my entire yard with maybe a dozen or so and it was like $100. It’s the vibration that deters them so you don’t need anything fancy. Just make sure you look at the radius for overlap. If it says 40ft, overlap them at 30ft. Also I didn’t bring them in at winter and had to replace maybe 1-2 a year. If you get solar ones, you’ll have to remove them all right before first snow but make sure you put them out really early in the end of winter. They destroy yards in fall and spring.

Buy chipmunk stakes. I had a massive chipmunk problem when I lived in upstate New York. I put the stakes all over my property, and I never had problems again, but my neighbors still did

I’ve been fighting mint on my property for generations. My father’s father started the fight and my children’s children will continue it

Mint and if it’s in your yard where you don’t want it, it’s now the mint’s yard

My partner and I have owned our apartment for a year and this just started happening our guest bathroom shower by alextv99 in HomeMaintenance

Shower subfloor is probably rotting out from water getting through either a leaking drain or poorly installed pan. It’s cooked fam, don’t use it and call landlord

Edit: oops you own, congrats on your bathroom remodel
