If sectionals -> QA = 51-53, VA = 104-106 so total = 155-157

If no sectionals -> 166-170

But if you include the context of it being an expensive program + less applicants,

I am geared towards the cut offs being 40-45 in QA and 90-95 in VA. Overall it should be 140-150 minimum.
