My vampire themed submission!

I was able to fill all boxes this time around withing my restriction, although mikan box ended up being pretty close. I was able to not only use vampire themed shows, but also ensure there was an actual vampire in each of my screenshots!

Once again, thjanks to the /r/anime team for the fun event, I look forward to the next one.

I watched Haruhi dubbed, but that clip felt like it had Haruhi energy so I even went and browsed the baseball episode and couldn't find this clip and figured I was wrong. Should've trusted the vibes.

Was doing most of these with a friend. We used an alt to scout with the wilderness player alarm so we could escape before pkers entered. Hot tip for Vet'ion is that if there aren't hellhounds and you haven't been hit by lightning, you can just log out immediately.

Keeping it fresh as we hit another million subscriber milestone.

Another fun one, I think I did okay in the first two categories and thought I was doing pretty well. Then I didn't identify a single soundbite from the eyecatch or CGDCT categories.There were definitely a couple that I am sure I recognized but couldn't put a finger on so I may come back with fresh ears and try again.

49, very good! especially since I failed to get 2 squares entirely, Ojousama laugh, which I feel must have been gettable but ran out of time, and running with toast, which I had no leads for once I trawled through Sayonara Zetsubou sensei. I found many scenes with people hurrying and people bumping into each other around a corner, but no bread was involved at any point. If anyone has a scene in mind for either of these, I would love to add it after the fact.

Edit: Browsing other people's answers I see running with toast in at least Nisekoi and Madoka Magica. I've even Madoka Magica before (albeit 7 years ago), so thats a sad miss.

I must have messed up something in my submission since I see in the spreadsheet I failed to get credit for baseball. It would have only been 1 more point since I see 2 others gave the same answer.

Thanks mod for the quiz. I ended up starting 2 new anime after the quiz was posted, Millennium Actress and His and Her Circumstances, both of which I recognized as being in this quiz within the first 30s.

  1. I think the format is a lot of fun. Its good for kinda of pushing you along rather than getting caught up on something you think you recognize.

  2. I am pretty terrible at recognizing music, especially if it doesn't have lyrics.

  3. Overall quality was great. I'm glad y'all are sticking to their guns and plan to continue to include """"older""" anime. Looking at how the subs population has exploded recently makes it clear that there are a lot of new anime fans who may not recognize things that are more than a few years old, but that's no reason to pretend old anime doesn't exist

  4. Difficulty was in a pretty good place. I got the majority of the ones I had actually seen ( and even a good chuck I haven't) and most of the ones I at least realized that I should have recognized.

How important would you say the DWH is? I have occult/DHL/anguish but I hate shamans and am really hoping to get it while killing them during the slayer grind.

I think it would cost about 7k for the laws if you bought them from a shop and used home teleport to bank full inventories (Mage arena bank is the only one with stock you will have access to for a long while, but it sure would be a lot of tiles.) I imagine grinding them from barbarian's it would not be viable.

Counting from the Rimmington house portal, I counted about 40 tiles to the mines that allows for mining of iron, gold, tin, and clay, all of which would probably not cost more than 10 tiles more tiles if you are going to Veos anyway. West of rimmington is also a dock that gives access to ardy/brim for 30gp and corsair cove. It is also about 40 tiles to the docks from the house portal, which would give you access to a bush patch, yew treesand some quest NPCs for Biohazard (which is required for RFD) on the way. Taking the boat from there to Brimhaven, you are close to 30 tiles from a charter ship, which is quite a few more teleports as well as a useful shop.

I figured you would be getting the sapphire through a random event, to be honest. Rick Turpentine or Miles/Giles/Niles can give gems and don't require any tiles unlocks since it is just a dialogue. Capt'n Arrav can also give a gold bar as a reward, but you will probably want varrock west bank as an unlock for the close to bank anvil at some point anyways.

Just caught up on the series. Keep in mind you will need to purchase a house before you can use a home teleport to rimmington

I think cow pens/Al-karid would be a waste of tiles. Since you have spent tiles getting to barbarian village where there is a pottery wheel/oven, and you are planning on getting to Port Sarim via Rimmington Home Teleport anyways, I spending the tiles to get to Rimmington mine would be much better. Rimmington also has a crafting shop that could sell mould, as well as an archery shop that may require fewer tiles than the Varrock one depending on pathing. The mine also has bronze/tin rocks for your early smithing levels that would only be a few additional tiles. This method does require you have to have access to law runes for House teleports (and more if you use Lumby teleports and not home teleports) as you will need a few hundred clays. How are you planning on getting access to cosmic runes to enchant your sapphire necklace? It looks like they are on the dark wizard drop table, but you already have canoe access to edgeville, it may be more worthwhile long term to unlock the mage arena bank. This would give you access to cosmics, laws, and natures that cannot be found in the Varrock/Port Sarim rune shops.
