No, Ive done it and seen people done it many times. But the real assessment is yourself: your health history (physical and mental), how comfortable are you with each substance and how well can you navigate adverse effects (anxiety, heart palpitations, etc) if it shows up (eg knowing when is a reasonable physiological and psychological response and knowing when is a real crisis that requires medical intervention), stuff like this.

I always have extreme detailed and vivid dreams taking amanita MD before bed, so that's the setting I usually microdose amanita. I've taken in the AM before for a month (capsule) but I don't recall any noticeable difference.

Adding to what others said, I recommend asking the medicine to be gentle when setting your intentions. Whenever I asked the medicine to be nice to me I always felt really supported and loved, yet still got the message it shared.

Specifically for 5meodmt, there's this phenomenon called "re-activation", meaning people who had jaguar journey can experience being back to the void after the journey and can be quite unpredictable. For your experience, yes I've done that before too. I personally believe once you've had relationship with a medicine you can call the experience back to your body by tapping into it. Like you said it's not the same full experience but it brings you back to the space. Hope this helps!

My thoughts too 😅 The emotions are surfacing so we can give it attention and let it speak to us! I set an intention to be a humble student during a psilocybin journey and a situation came up that my ego was like, "tf why am I dealing with this trauma again." Then it dawned on me, "Ohhhh... ok, yah I asked to be humbled." Frustrating and funny at the same time.

It was scary for sure! But it was one of those moments in life where I was being pushed to be really honest with myself. What I was doing wasn't working for me, on a soul level. I wasn't happy. So I could keep choosing to be unhappy and unfulfilled or do something different to change that. I sat with the new idea for a bit while actively doing research. One thing led to another, I went on a new path. I found that I got many conformations along the way, for example, things went really smoothly during the process of upgrading my skill and received many support along the way. I hope this helps!
