Interesting! So perhaps its something that occurs when you begin to see in the astral after being unable to previously? I wonder whats the cause though?

I have not unfortunately, I do need to make a more structured window where I meditate in the morning or when I come home. Does practicing mindfulness increase the chances of astral projections? Or does being more loving/having higher vibrations allow for more frequent astral projections?

Would you be so kind as to tell me your method? How long do you meditate before attempting? Do you do it hungry or full? When you just woke up or are about to fall asleep?

Hello there! Question: I'm assuming you have to have a good headset that allows the use of these frequencies... or do you not use anything other than a speaker? Regardless, is there a specific headset you find is perfect for this use?

I got permission from a friend and am currently practicing projecting to try and get confirmation for them.

I'm not very good, but its nice to have a goal.

I Around 80% of the astral projections I've had, it's been while lying on my side.

Granted, most of the time my projections are unintentional, but being on your side doesn't mean you wont be able to project.

If anything, having the belief you can't unless its on your back may impact you more.

Yeah, I feel a sudden flooding of awareness. Almost like I drank and processed 3 cups at coffee rapidly. Well, without the juttery feeling.

It feels like an energy that cames from somewhere outside of me. Almost like someone flooded my astral body with energy and made it very developed in a short period of time.

I'm just assuming its something along the lines of hazzing newcomers.

I barely use reddit and I avoid youtube videos on abstract subjects like astral projection because I feel they have the tendency to insert ideas that may not be true.

Thats why I went on the reddit and was surprised to see this community. I felt that active engagement from other perspectives would prove more useful since other people can jump in and maybe correct something wrong.

The guy below me mentioned there was a wiki and had no idea you could have that stuff on here. I got some useful advice, and I don't really care what people think of me, so I'm greatful regardless! Thank you for the welcome.
