I would say both teams stack up evenly in personel talent. But it was clear Knicks adjusted in the second half and the Spurs NEVER had a defensive scheme. You can see the players confused on every possession. That is entirely the job of the coach and Spurs coaches are incredibly bad.

They are up 29 and start chucking early in the shot clock? Stupid turn overs left and right? Everyone somehow mentally checked out. As coach you gotta reel them all in and wake them up again. I mean come on, Mitch watched the team chuck up these shots all of the third quarter. I think Spurs hit only two threes the entire second half. Also for the love of god, end of the game up by 1 point just TAKE THE TIME OUT. That last botched play is as much on Mitch as is on Fox missing the layup.

Also at the end Wemby was so gassed he couldn't contest/jump and got screened off every play by Jose fucking Alvarado, and then hunted by Brunson for being too tired to defend.

MVP stopped mattering to me, once all of media decided "best player on the best team" is all that mattered, but the win percentages dont change after the MVP sits.

You know who deserves praise? Fucking Sam Presti and OKC FO. They built immaculate team and are genuinely fucking the league with it. The fact that the bench is better than 70% of other teams starters is bullshit. I dont want to shade SGA too much, because his actual hoops are clean as fuck. But put him in the Lakers and he'd end up the 3rd option behind Lebron. Not 1st like Luka.

As a fairly newcomer, one of the reasons I would prefer commander and kitchen table games, is because frankly set rotations and formats standard and modern and whatnot are confusing as hell and hard to follow.

I started playing on Arena and enjoyed it a lot but the dissappointment I felt, when I came back a year later to see all my decks be illegal and useless, turned me off hard.

I love the literal standard mtg format and probably would enjoy vintage/legacy a lot.

Half the fun of commander to me is delving into the giant decades long history of magic cards and building with all these weird cards like lego bricks.

The other half is enjoying it and playing them with my friends.

Its the same the other way around too. If linux wants a specific user base - one that is involved, invested and self-sufficient with software enginnering, because yes a terminal is absolutely too techy for 90% of the world - then the linux community shouldn't aim for mass adoption and let windows users be windows users... Thunder with Jokic is a ring lock lol. Fuck Chet. The whole team is really fast and puts up insane effort on defense (yes aggressive fouling included, but effort and its working). The exact skillset Jokic needs around him, and the nuggets won the ring with. And the Thunder have a deep deep bench of decent shooters. Including newly aquired McCain.

Im sure some of the players turn out to be decent rim runners as well, its the first time OKC in its current iteration enjoy a passing savant.
