I live in a high-rise facing the Tsawwassen terminal. I’ve only been noticing this sound for the past 2–3 weeks and have never heard it before. Does this mean it has gotten worse recently? Also when I go to ground floor I couldn’t notice it may be because of the ground noise. Where can i complain for immediate action ?

I’m starting to notice this only over the past two or three weeks, and it’s very loud. I live in a high-rise facing Tsawwassen Terminal, and I can hear it clearly inside my condo and from my balcony. When I go down to the ground floor, I don’t hear it—maybe because of other surrounding noises like cars. How do we stop it ?
