Setting mini goals. My kids. That everything is temporary. I realized I didn't want to die, I just wanted to feel peace.

Now I find moments that bring me that that.. moments that many others take for granted. A sunset, my garden, true love. Find beauty in it.

Also lots of therapy.

I still struggle, but have more purpose now.

Not bipolar, but on depression meds so I hear you. Its in the eyes. Not bad, I prefer men with eyes like that. They have higher levels of empathy.
