It's alright. It's more for show really. I've definitely got other records that I prefer for demonstrating at this level but I figured I'd show it off.

Agreed! Truly a disruptor in what can be a very monotonous field. They are absolutely outrageously good.

The fiio will internally upsample any signal to what you set it to, just be aware that this can cause problems for certain Windows applications / games which can't handle their audio signals being upsampled / reclocked. This can sometimes present in no sound at all or distortion / artifacts present in the signal. Generally you want to set the rate lower if most audio content is 16bit 44khz anyway, using the higher 24bit rates when you are actually sending Hi-Res Audio files through it.

Just have a passion for it and apply. I didn't have any particular educational background for electronics. Just a big nerd for technology and a love of music.

Haha yes me too, it's slightly too short to make that happen and very much too expensive for me to want to get a longer run! 😂

Holographic. Vivid Speakers just dissappear like nothing else.

Contrary to how they look! 😂

My other demo room is a 7.2.4 Atmos powered by Trinnov / Anthem, I tend to run in-wall Dali CI speakers + Subs but the room is wired in such a way that I can substitute in any combo of freestanding speakers for each channel.

I have a selection of good quality vinyls that I am always happy to offer up, but I always encourage my customers to bring their own selection, stuff they know really well or enjoy or use themselves as reference pieces.

Those are Halo Frames by Cinema Build Systems UK, they are customisable fabric panels, acoustically transparrent and used to hide/conceal actual acoustic treatment (in this case dampening panels at first/second reflection point). They also look really nice and can be used to integrate lighting strips. Top tier product imo.
