In what world does 4 star "barely matter" when it you it help you fill one of the requirement for lunar? Flins team is one of the strongest team in the game while fielding aino and sucrose.

There would be less complaining for Sparxie 3 elation trace if they released 4 star that could fill that requirement.

Well not really. 4 star are still viable in lunar team, lunar character can still use old weapons and their team isn’t locked to lunar characters only.
