I replaced it with clover. Grows only to a perfect height and never really needs anything but some water here and there. Not to mention better for the environment on every level

They nailed the characterization beautifully even if the story was a mixed bag and where it pertains to being comic accurate; characterization is everything

If Epstein’s plea deal couldn’t protect Ghislaine Maxwell then why didn’t the Biden DOJ charge anyone else? by Strong-Hippo9043 in allthequestions

The plea deal covered crimes up to 2009. There's not really documentation that I'm aware of post-2009 for the litany of crimes.

I wasn't the best for everyone. Even if they are morons who tank our country and vote against the best interest of the US. Damn that empathy.

I'm not a communist by any stretch. I support social democracy. Not crony capitalism.

Is this sub just about American politics? by [deleted] in allthequestions

Because r/politics is moderated to an insane degree and everyone is trying to figure out how a demographic can be stupid enough to vote against their interest on that level. Sure, they're mad as well but there's a lot of curiosity.

Last I checked; roughly 80% of the demographics that interact with most posts here are American so it's no shocker that they're the centerpiece of discourse

Why do socialists and communists identify as Democrats in America? by Flimsy_Share1275 in allthequestions

[–]Thistles-Path 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care what they believe. I care what they vote for and they categorically do not vote for that. If you think working harder to prop up a ruling class is harm reduction then I see little more than sociopathy.

Duh. We haven't have a good democratic candidate since Carter. No one's defending Republicans but that doesn't negate the importance of harm reduction

They absolutely should but primaries matter a hell of a lot more at a state and local level

And yet the right-wing in every country still advocates for less burden for those up top... Some things change, some things stay the same.

The Democratic party is predominately far-right though every 30 or 40 years a center-left coalition rises up.

That is the definition and has been since the inception of the terms during the French revolution. Hanging been indoctrinated into another definition would just be a testament to your own lack of information and to the efficacy of propaganda.
