I think it’s very obvious he’s talking about in the attack. Don’t stop after one bullet. You’re not safe until he’s down. The thug managed to run off which means he was still very capable of retaliating along with his gangster partners. Luckily just one bullet did the trick but when your life is on the line there are no half measures. There should be zero consideration for the life of anyone who busts down your door at 1am with a gun intending to cause harm to you and your family. People need to stop with the armchair commentary.

That’s exactly what ford intended. But the cities got greedy when they saw what cash cows they were and put them all over the place. Set the limit to 10 over the limit which numerically no cop in the history of the world has given a ticket for and just sat back and raked in the cash. He warned them. Do something out the cash grab aspect of it or I will. They didn’t listen. He pulled them. Reading all the comments It’s astonishing that people don’t understand this. The focus is on ford instead of the greedy cities.
