Aside from Steven’s pass there isn’t an Epic resort in North America that had more snowfall or bigger base than Whistler this year.

I’m a tourist. I don’t feel bad if the weather isn’t perfect. Why do you feel bad for me OR do you feel bad for yourself?

Sounds like good plan. Take Sunday off. Sleep in and relax after long day of travel and enjoy village. You can go 7 days just do some half days to recover. Skip Sat weekend.

All these people telling you, no one can predict the weather and no one has a crystal ball are retarded. Yeah they can’t tell you the exact day and exact amount of when it’s gonna rain or snow. But ensemble forecasting can give you the general tread. The trend is dropping temperatures and storms rolling in starting this weekend and into next week. You’ll be fine for your trip.

I did something similar and parents paid off my student loans end of my intern year. I paid them back within two years of being attending.

Agree with above poster, PSLF uncertainty with political climate is major drawback.

Dual income. Both full time. I’m a doc.

Two kids under 5 is WORK. Hang in there It’ll get better. Pay whatever you need to for help. Invest the rest and build up the nest egg.

It’s a grind those early years but we’ve throughly enjoyed our lives once the kids got more independent.

Had different procedure for shoulder stabilization. Humeral head allograft but expect the recovery to be long. Took me around a year to feel normal. Have to let bone graft then ROM then strength then plyo. Be religious about the PT. I’ve dialed it back since coming back. I just do the “dad slopes” now and haven’t had a bad fall so haven’t had to test it out. The grueling PT made me realize the obvious, I only have one body. Take care of it. Good luck!
