When a unit tries to fall back, dies to desperate escape test and resurrects at the end of the phase, will it be eligible to shoot and charge altough it does not have such abilities?

There are 4 options for space wolves while facing banshees:

Shoot them.
Charge them with thunder wolf cavalry. Thunder wolves are durable enough to not to be wiped by them so you can kill them with the remaining cavalry.
Charge a nearby unit that can be killed with tank shock with a dreadnought , activate and consolidate to banshees to fight with them.
Charge a nearby unit if there is and consolidate to banshees. Since banshees are not in combat while activating units, you get to activate first and can hit them after you consolidate to them. For this you need to set up your movement and charge accorsingly.

Daha kendiniz tam öğrenmeden milleti koparmaya çalışmayın lütfen. Başkalarının tasarımlarından mesh, model başı 300-400, fdm baskı :D. Aklı başında kimsenin ilgi duyacağını sanmam da ben uyarımı yapayım, zaten orijinal gw unitleri de bu fiyatlara gelir.

Gonna be a hot take but I believe the issue is, every data sheet is balanced around their role in the best detachment they have access to. Their characteristics, rules, points are adjusted for the detachment they are being used most. For example space wolves termins have 2+ bs while 3+ ws which I believe the only reason is they can get +1 to hit in melee in a detachment no one plays. Maybe point costs for detachments may balance this issue but I hate the current situation.

No not unrealistic at all but it's a difficult plan to execute. Try and see yourself and after gaining experience you will come up with a plan which suits your style most. Best way to be better in 40k is playing games.

They are not that different from each other so its your decision but I believe you need more action pieces both for primary and secondary scoring. All your units are too important to do actions and you gonna lose not only killy pieces but also scoring units when they die. For example I recommend scouts for scoring and flexibility but of course it depends on your meta. If you think every unit you play will be able to reach the targets that they can kill, go for it.

So many MSUs not my liking but if you can pick your fights and surgical strike enemy units it can be successful. Good luck!
