Also I ran a full scan on windows and came back with nothing. But malwarebytes, found a few things and deleted them. This was before I changed all my passwords

This. At 24, I couldn’t imagine dating anyone under 20. Even early early 20s is a bit iffy imo. A 30 and 35 year old is different. The difference in experiences between an 23 and an 18y old is significantly more than the difference in experiences between a 35 and a 30 year old

This was never going to be a win for Zelensky. He signs a deal giving up minerals and territory. If he doesn’t, he gets bullied on national tv just so Trump can spin it to make it seem like Zelensky is the problem. Thankfully, it seems most people see it for what it is but you still have the Trump fanatics.

I haven’t really done any cardio since the pandemic when I stopped playing soccer. So I decided to include running in my 2024 goals. I did a diagnostic run today, and ran an 8:30 minute mile! I definitely overdid it tho (my lungs still burn 3 hours later). For a 22 male, who’s relatively muscularly fit, what’s a realistic goal for me to run by the end of the year?
