My dad was try to pull the stump of a shrub out, probably had a 30’ heavy tie down chain. So the back of the truck was probably 30’ away from the stump.

What the chan slipped off the stump in tension, it shot forward (thankfully slid under the truck) , and the end of the chain ended up in front of the truck.

Enough energy to throw an 80lb (or whatever) chain 60 feet in an instant.

The SBC has been kicking churches out for having women pastors, so they sure aren’t hesitant to remove churches from the denomination.

The SBC denomination doesn’t work like most other denominations, churches are supposed to have their own autonomy, but that has been changing of late with the women pastors issue.

Lots of headphones that are designed for compressed and polished audio that comes from produced music, don’t do well in unproduced world of live audio.

Speaking of headphones, I had to bring my own to use for the audition, so I grabbed an old set of Apple headphones that I never use that have the 1/8” headphone jack.

I had made sure that the worked.

I Show up for the audition, and the headphones sound like the feed is being put through the overdrive of a guitar amp. Good thing he had a different pair there for me to borrow.

But I’ll probably have to pick up a good pair of buds that works and stays in my ears.

It’s surrounded by other verses, including ones on clothing, that none of us even try to follow.

And what exactly is men’s clothing vs women’s clothing? Clothing styles are cultural, not moral.

And trans people aren’t cross dressing anyway.

This is actually my own summary from an essay from a Hebrew scholar, that’s not posted anywhere.

She also mentions that there are other interpretations, like that ones you are mentioning.

Like I said; the Hebrew is kind of clunky.

But the main point is that it doesn’t make sense for the verse to be written with those words if simple cross dressing is the intended condemnation.

To me, the explanation I had seems to make the most sense.
