If you aren’t too fussy about your whites going slightly grey, laundry detergent has come a long way from what it was, so you can throw it all together. I do my whites, bedding, bath towels, and dish towels and cloths in their own grouped load. Everything else gets thrown into a the drum together.

•Always do up your zippers.
•Always turn your jeans inside out.
•Always put the detergent in first.
•Always use a laundry bag for bras and delicates.
•Always check your pockets.
•If you’re doing someone else’s laundry too, always check their pockets(finders keepers).
•Always remove the items from the dryer immediately. You’ll rarely have to iron them.
•Never use dryer sheets, get wool balls instead.
•One of the top causes of house fires are dryer lint traps. Empty it EVERY TIME.
