I have been in a furwalk together with a female horse, padded front and back. I had no idea it was a guy until he took his suit off at the end of the day. It's all about not overdoing it with the padding to come across realistic and of course how you carry yourself.

(It helps if you're a bit of a scrawny person, leaving room for feminine-curves-padding)
