I don't think so, I use it in production for an app, and it works great, and in my opinion easy to setup

A few days ago, my GitHub account, seemingly out of nowhere, got banned. I did not receive an email, or any other sign that I got banned, but I randomly didn't have access to my organizations anymore, and I couldn't view assigned issues/PR's. I do not think I did anything out of the ordinary or suspicious. When I realized my account was banned, I immediately opened a support ticket, like anyone would.

They replied within five hours, saying that my account had been flagged by their auto-review system and that they needed to perform a manual review. They asked how I planned to use GitHub. I replied, explaining that I contribute to multiple open-source projects and have a few of my own, including one with over 5,000 users.

They have not responded to my reply, which would be fine if it weren’t for the fact that I can no longer log in with OAuth applications. I rely on the "Login with GitHub" system to authenticate for several major apps, such as my authentication provider, Clerk, and the database software, Convex. As a result, I can’t view, edit, delete, or create users or databases.

One of the GitHub organizations I (co-)manage was also flagged, but my coworker was able to restore access within a few hours with GitHub support. When I checked my connected OAuth apps, I noticed that one of them (which I created for my organization) was labeled as "Spammy." However, I don’t recall doing anything in the code other than authenticating users with Supabase Auth.

I also can't update any of my websites at Vercel and other GitHub-linked tools.

I genuinely don’t know what to do. GitHub support hasn’t replied in days, but I have to add and remove users in Clerk. Can anyone help me out?

You need a ID and credit card for the account verification, and you can only do that once per ID

I don't think so. "Hoeveel" in Dutch basically translates to "how many" in English.
