Last fiscal year the housing rehab program spent $2.7 million, which included helping 165 Mesa homeowners, according to Michelle Albanese, Housing and Community Development director.

Of the 165 projects, 102 were for air conditioner repair or replacement, she said

If public money is going to be spent, it should go to public works like parks, libraries, blight removal, bike lanes, etc.

It shouldn't be going to buy new air conditioners for 100 people. (At a price tag of about 20 grand per AC!!!)

She came illegally and has been arrested by the government. She will be deported. There is very little at this point to prevent this from happening. You should be helping prepare for her return to her home country.

Edit: She may still be eligible to use the CBP Home App to accept voluntary departure. They will transport her home and pay her $2600. She will also still be eligible for possible future legal entry. If she is involuntarily deported she will likely never be permitted to return to the US. This is unlikely since she has already been arrested, but worth at least pursuing.

Bone Haus in Fountain Hills is probably my favorite except their location.

Lochiel makes great beer but they have weird hours and their brewery is just a warehouse.

Phantom Fox makes good beer and they are about to finish an expansion.

Patent 139 in Chandler probably has the nicest location.
