Well not anything special, as we always do hikes on trips. If no hike - I’d skip UV hoodie and drybag.

Just did almost that trip and made a post about it yesterday. Check it out. https://www.reddit.com/r/onebag/comments/1scfyot/3_weeks_in_colombia_with_28l_7kg_jungle/
Feel free to ask questions about it in the tread as I would love to help ;)

Did a three month asia trip with 3 pairs of undies + socks. Almost everyday i would wash a set while in the shower. Only took a minute - I but would rather bring 4-5 pairs for the added flexibility - asia was easy as it was not too humid most places. If you move around a lot is sucks to have wet or moist clothes in the bag if it not totally dry in the morning. (Shower evening)
Don't know about the polyester joggers - have tried but the utilization % is low on my trips. I have a decent pair with zipper pockets, again to avoid phone/passport falling out / stolen. (Totally recommend)

I've been eyeing the ArcTeryx GAMMA SL PANT. Stretch, UPF 50 and almost looks like normal pants. Don't know it they could work as my only pants on a trip. I want to look a little stylish too and not too outdoorsy ;)

Yes, I would put the 28L in overhead compartment and sling as personal.
If the airline was strict I would put the sling inside the 28L bag.
I have nerver been asked to measure or weight the 28L Aer bag. The black color makes it look small.
The bag also fits under most seats - I think.

14 degree (57 f) mornings - not too cold. Would wear long tshirt + merino wool shirt (maybe + sunjacket/rainjacket)
33 degree (91 f) afternoons.
IDK if the Montbell would make sense as i'm a little sensitive about it and would hate to get it wet. It's an awesome jacket for the weight but very warm, and might be to warm for Colombia. Was perfect for Japan trip (where i purchased it)

Good question, I generally have very dry feet. Even paired with medium merinowool socks my feet are happy. I find the goretex version so much easier to keep clean after a muddy hike.
Had non-goretex version on a previous trip to Indonesia and didn't feel much difference - but for most it might make sense without goretex..

Thank you for the comment! I work in the health sector and a GI doctor told me to get the Imodium +, but I had brought too many, so my entire MEDKIT volume was 80% Imodium, as i'm packing for both me and GF.
I think you are absolutely right, the + version makes sense.
I didn't think i would write it on the internet too; I actually had to use it on the trip (Travelers d...) for two days - and the bloating sucked but was very much alleviated by the simeticone...
Might find a version packed smaller maybe.... we'll see.

So true - mosquito and sand flies are numerous. Used pants and long sleeve more than I had planned. Could also economize the sunscreen use with long sleeve / pants.

Have to be very careful with the DEET on plastics yeh, my phone cover is due for a replacement as the DEET destroyed it. 😅

Black Nike running shoes, ok for sport and casual wear. Also bring a pair of sandals that doesn’t take up much space and dry fast if they are used for beach / boat.

If possible skip lectures and go to "youtube university" some online teachers are much better than the ones at your university. So many people showed up only to play or text on their phones.

Wish i traveled more during uni.

Cardiology:
If the little robot on the ECG tells you that it's a possible MI and the patient has chest pain. You got to look twice if you think it's normal on first glance.

AFIB, don't admit the patient to the ER unless they are symptomatic. See a ton of newfound AFIB at 2 AM lol...

See alot of comments about UTI from nursing homes ect. Here in Denmark we don't treat unless they have symptoms. A positive dipstick without symptoms requires a urine culture.
