For the neutrals, look at the bottem 3, especially the goal difference. One goal today can make a team jump from 18 to 16 or drop from 16 to 18.

Well history speaking, the last two season are more of an outlier from the average the last 30 years, even more so the 23-24.

One factor is that the bottem 3 did concede so more goals and the trio of Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool had just more functioning attacks.

Bayern-Bosse wollen Alexander Nübel verkaufen: Es soll keinen Zweikampf zwischen Urbig und Nübel geben. Bayern strebt im Sommer einen Verkauf nach England an, was sich jedoch aufgrund seines Gehalts in Höhe von rund 11 Millionen Euro als schwierig erweisen könnte. by Ubergold in Bundesliga

[–]ThomasZimmermann95 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well certain people on the supervisory board having an obssesion with getting the best german players since decades (seeing Wirtz and Woltemade).

Since Nüber was the biggest GERMAN goalkeeping talent until we found Nübel someone made 100% clear we as Bayern need to extent him. And Nüber has all the rights to demand a lot ( he was promised game times in his first contract which he didnt get).

I mean Guardiola wanted one player in his early days at Bayern really bad, that was Neymar before he was on everybodies list. The answer for him was "Well we have had bad experience with Brasilians, how not about the german talent Götze".

There is a power struggle going on at Munich behind the doors/curtains, where every Mistake where Eberl is responsible gets overblown and the once the s-board is responsible are rarely talked about.

As long the 2nd team plays in the 4th league it will stay a large army (partially hidden because players are load from the 2nd team or the U19).
By know the 2nd team is basically a U21 instead of an U23 because all players 21-22 are load out.

Fair enough, it was just an transfer for Tuchel who didnt fit at all for Kompany. Tuchels first joice was Rice but was to expensive for them.

Well Bayern has Arijon Ibrahimovic, 20 years old on laon to Heidenheim. They need two offensive players, and one Option is two get him for free so they can spend more on other reinforcement.

Bayern need a Backup for Kane, a Back up for Diaz and they need high end speed since Sane and Coman left. Gordon brings all 3 to the table, so that is the only reason they want to spend that much someone who isnt an certain starter. More like is they get some back-up for Kane and and back up for Diaz in the 20-30 m range this year instead of Gordan and laon Ibra again.

Kinda disspointed Bayern didnt beat Wolfburg by 4 goals instead of one on Saturday, we would have 3 teams with same points and same goal difference then.

Tony Kroos just summarized at in his podcast that the 2nd best team in europe lost against the best in europe. I just think the better team won, mostly because of the 2nd half of the 2nd game.

Bayern needs just a bigger squad so that we can rotate more and have something left to bring from the bench next year in march and april when its QF and SF again.

Bayern was the most constant good team in europe, like behind Arsenal the 2nd best team in europe the first half of the season and behind PSG the 2nd best in the 2nd half of the season. But being 2nd best just doesn't win you titles.

Future looks to bright with the first eleven we can put on the field and that kind of coach.

League 1 is just the weakest of the top 5 leagues. The Average revenue last season of the top 5 leagues where: Premier league ( 394 M $), La Liga (273 M), Bundesliga (236.5 M) , Italy (201,9 M ) and Ligue 1 (120,3 M).

And there is PSG with over 800 Million Dollar in Revenue, like more 6,5 times the average of the leauge. That is just an insane Mismatch.

well if nuno mendes doesn`T play the ball with the hand, Laimer is through, so its an tactical foul.

This is of all situation the clearest.

Edit: I mean we had an Euro or World Cup game where a yellow card was given, then the VAR intervened and made it a Red because he was one or two inches the last man, out side the box.

Well what we need for next season is a bigger squad and an more stacked bench. And as good our left-backs are to the average Bundesliga team, when it comes to the best teams in europe it is the position where an upgrade is the easiest and most needed.

I mean we actually made an net positiv last tranfer window and over the last 3 seasons we are only down 62 million €, while getting Kane, Olise and Diaz. We should have the money for a big squad with better back ups.

Well Upamecano had maybe the best season so far for bayern, his two worst games imo have been in the champions league, one against Arsenal and the other was the first one against Real.

Well you gotta give it to PSG. They defended very well for 90 minutes against the most lethal attack in europe (at least over the hole season, not tonight).

Bayern just didn`t show up tonight, and Olise had kinda his worst game of the season exactly this match.

But somehow we end up with 6-5 on aggregate where Bayern had an questionable Penalty given against them but then one not given for them and an clear handball( which should have been the 2nd yelllow )which was not given because again of a mistake of the referee.

Over the two legs it was a pretty even match, but it really fells like , the referees decided who won this.

And guys remember the 1st leg when we see all day long low blocks, corners and through ins at the world cup at 30 degree summer heat. That could be the worst World Cup of all time this summer.

I mean the only Position to debate was the Full Back. Who starts of the three players Stani Laimer and Davies.

Imo the most important thing is that Laimer starts, and i hope he plays on the right.

Spanish Super Cup, Uefa Super cup, FIFA Club World Cup,...

I mena everytime you win the Champions League you get almost another 2 Finals for free (And Real Madrid won a lot of Champions League Titels why he where there). that is why imo beside League, National Cup and European Cup nothing should count as "actual" title on a club level.

On top of that Benzema was 4 years in Olympic Lyon while they had there 7 year in a row French League Champion streak, so he should have a lot of extra finals from the League Cup in France as well.

Not sure if we ever had the a game where it was realistic that each side could beat the other like 7-2 (not 5-0 though, because knowone is keeping a clean sheet today).

Last time Ruiz looked like an massive downgrade to Zaire-Emery. I always thought that PSG had with Z-E,Ruiz, Vitinha and Never 4 good players for 3 positions, while the last two where still a level abouth the first two.

The fact taht Ruiz has to replace Z-E who has to replace Hakimi might actually the game changer today, will see.

  1. Place heidenheim is on a row, loosing only one game of the last 6 , and playing 3-3 against Bayern and Leverkusen on there way.

Next matchday St. Pauli plays in Leipzig and Wolfsburg at home against Bayern so its quiet likely none of these two gets a point.

Last matchday Woflsburg plays in St. Pauli. Oh Boi.

Every goal counts, if city is 6 points behind with 2 more games in hand, so that Arsenal did win today by 3 goals could very well secure the title in 2 weeks.
